Here at MSB we pride ourselves on the high calibre of work, quality ethics and procedures.
This is why in most cases we give a free five year anti corrosion warranty on our work, knowing that your items are finished to a very high quality without compromise. Our system will go well beyond the five years cover we offer but this is offered for your peace of mind and knowing you are putting your work into experienced & knowledgeable hands. 

How can we do this? the answer is simple.
By using the best materials available along with skilled & dedicated experienced technicians, so you can be assured of a long product life.

MSB have been offering our warranty for over 10 years now and to date we have not had any items back for rework, so we know our system works.

We are aware MSB are not the cheapest around and never will be, but by paying for the quality work over lesser coaters it does have rewards & dividends in the long run.

Thus our trusted mind set.


When items be presented to us for work and are in poor condition then we may not be in the position to offer any warranties.

Our free warranty includes.

Paint fade. Paint lift, Corrosion. Chipping or flacking (not abusive or accidental damage)

We stand by our commitment and offer the best service possible should you ever need to make a claim.

There are terms & conditions that must be meet by the owner are listed below.

Items must be cleaned regularly.

Road salt should be removed as soon as possible.

No acid cleaners to be used. (we can tell if they have been used.

No abrasive products as such as T cut.

Will not cover abusive use.

Cleaning with products that contain ethanol or any other products that will degrade painted surfaces.

Only covers our recommended products.

Items Not Covered:
Problems where we have advised for parts to be replaced.
Acceptable wear and tear, Damaged by accident or deliberate damage.
    •    We have advised items are suitable for powder coating.

    •    Third party repair work before or after works has commenced. 

    •    Poor re-assembly work. 

Please note:  if you bring your items to us and we have previously worked on them, we will always try to help where possible – regardless of the problem, the cause and how long it has been since we last worked on it.

Happy, satisfied customers are very important to us and as such we take very seriously any problems our customers have with their items after we have worked on them. Take the heat off

This product is really taken off. The silver items have had our two coat system internal heat barrier applied that keeps a lot of heat radiation through the system, improves performance according to the manufactures of this product. Long lasting will not discolour or flake off or crack even with rapid cooling. We are so confident that we will guarantee against fading & cracking. However at very high temperatures running red hot it may lose some luster. Applied by our team who have gone through extensive training so to offer you the best finished product possible.

We don't set out to make problems for anyone. We comply with health & safety rules and have always carried out improvements when requested by H&S in fact the last visit cost my business getting on for 20K to fit new spray booths and this is fine as it has made improvements to the environmental impact and improved productivity. We have a full insurance inspection twice a year on the plant & machinery, have our staff monitored for related medical issues, breathing hearing etc, three of them have full fork lift training, all this costs a small fortune but we play the game and do what needs to be done. Ok if your company is out of line and causing problems then you can and should expect some sort of comeback, but all it takes is for someone to make the problems and inconvenience known to the owner that it may cause other people, not hide behind the authorities.

Anyway who ever it was thought our gas calor gas tanks were wrongly sited, the fact they have been there for 12 years and sited by Calor gas who know the law and regs inside out how to site them. They are checked every year for safety including the feed out gas pipes, they are protection by safety barriers and are in line with the regs at the time of placement. It seems some twat thinks they know better. I guess they don't like to see businesses who are doing well play the game or they just don't like them where they are. It makes me think is it all worth the grief and frustration and great expence running a business these days.

Some idiots think you have a wallet full of money, guess again we don't. It's a very costly running a company large or small. so many rules regs, miles of red tape, dealing with employment rules, tax & vat, Health & safety, taking on increasing overheads without passing them on trying to be fair and just.

The cherry on top of the lot is the twats that have nothing better to do but stir up further unfounded complaints. Makes me extremely angry..

Thats my anger vented and as far as I am concerned that hopefully is the end of it.
