Instructions and Prices for Metalfil

Metalfil is a single component Aluminium filler cured with heat. It retains a high level of stability.
Metalfil is easy to use and has extremely good finishing qualities.
Bright and very fine easy to work finish.
Apply Metalfil right from the container with a putty knife or similar tool.
No mixing, no measuring, therefore no waste.
Metalfil, may be thinned to paint consistency with Metalfil solvent and brushed or sprayed to provide a hard metal finish.
When filling deep holes or cavities, apply Metalfil in layers no thicker than 15mm allowing each to dry before applying the next layer.
To use apply a layer then leave to stand for 1/2 Hour then cure in an oven for 15 minutes@140 Deg c.
Once fully cured Metalfil can pass through normal heat conditions up to 200d cent.
Do not rush the pre curing stage.

Do not use normal thinners.
