Cam Covers - shotblasted and powder coated with heat resistant paints...

We offer a range of colours and finishes to all types of cam covers.

Alloy and steel cam covers are bead or aqua blasted to remove any corrosion and paint leaving a smooth and clean surface. Deep cleaned to remove any remaining residue and degassed.

Once the powder or wet painting is completed, we can provide a milling service to highlight any raised parts as ribs of logo’s. Alternatively, we can offer the raised parts and logo’s to be painted in a different colour. Plenum chambers charged at the same cost as cam covers.

Prices include chemical cleaning (no acids) aqua or bead cleaning, masking off, primer coat, colour coat or coats, lacquer where required. Prices may vary and subject to work required and size.  Prices ex vat.

Please remove all plastic or nylon parts including any rubber pipe work, free from oil & grease before we receive them. Inner oil splash plates should be removed.

As all other parts, the above comes with a five-year warranty.

Q & A.

Will standard powder coats & wet paints withstand normal engine heat?  Yes.

Can plastic parts be powder coated?   No.

Will the entire cover be coated?  No. It is not good practice to coat the inside.
