members by promoting the benefits of powder coating technology."

Powder Coating Institute (PCI) represents the North American
powder coating industry, promotes powder coating technology
and communicates the benefits of powder coating to manufacturers,
consumers, and government.
Formed on
May 1, 1981, as a non-profit organization, PCI works to advance
the utilization of powder coating as an economical, non-polluting
and high quality finish for industrial and consumer products.
PCI's general
objectives are to
•Disseminate
information promoting the benefits of powder coating to industry,
government, and the consumer
•Provide forums to identify and address major industry
technical issues
•Provide information and industry representation to governmental
bodies
•Inform members about domestic and worldwide powder coating
activities and developments
•Provide powder coating educational programs, including
a major technical conference and trade show
•Ensure that available industry resources are utilized
effectively to fulfill the Institute's mission
