Our latest Aqueous degreasing cleaning system from Vixen Surface Treatments that is a vital stage of the paint process, ensuring the services we provide is one of the best you would expect from a quality coater.

Offering a large capacity this machine will accommodate up to 3mts in length 1.2 mtr high & 1.3 mtr deep and a weight capacity of 1 ton.

The machine also provides us with the capability to supply Phosphate coating to Defence Standard 03-11

This compliments our range of high quality wet and powder paint finishes, which will also meet the Aerospace and Defence industries exacting standards.

AQUEOUS GREASING 
Provides a wash rinse cycle and warm air drying facility, avoiding drip drying and ultimately saving time for a quicker turn-around from fabrication to completed paint finish.

PHOSPHATE COATING
Once the products have been washed the second stage applies a phosphate coating affording a superior finish that aids protection and leaves a clean and etched surface.

The 3rd and final stage is warm air drying cycle allowing the products to dry in a uniform way without drip marks. This leaves a blue green stained finish with a good etched surface ready for wet painting or powder coating.

Materials.
Mild Steel, Zintec,Stainless steel, Aluminum and galvanised will all benefit from this process. It also removes scale that has been left behind form Laser cutting.

Further more the machine will also be a good cleaning aid for products that have been blast cleaned and leaving behind a further protective ideal for motorcycle & car parts.

The Vixen phoswash pre-treatment machine is a 3 stage phosphate process. This will give excellent paint adhesion, and prolong the life of the powder coating or the wet paint work.

Vixen Phoswash which is ideally suited to metal fabrications pre-treatment prior to any coating.

Phosphate process and has an electric warm air dryer fitted to maintain the temperature inside the wash chamber and to assist with flash drying. Combined with our automated aqueous degreaser to ensure the perfect surface preparation possible prior to powder coating.

The phosphate process helps to further protect metal products and gives a good etched surface for any paint system with excellent adhesion properties.
