AQUA BLASTING
            
Aqua Blasting how it is done.
The bead used in these process  is very fine almost to the point of a fine powder
Its very simple and effective way to bring back that new look to any ferrous or non ferrous metals 
Using a mixture of very fine glass bead, water (aqua)  degreasers agents, rust inhibitors
and air pressure set at around 50-60 cubic foot of air at 100 psi.
It gently removes ground in dirt rust or corrosion and leaves a brilliant finish.
The best of it, is its safe to use inside a crank case and other mechanical parts.
Once the blasting process is complete the items are washed in clean water so to remove as much of the residue bead as possible.
For peace of mind its always advisable to re-wash the parts before assembly in "clean water or a very light alcohol cleaner (IPA) (not the beer) could be used.
Blasting it with a high pressure air wash gun would be advisable.
If you intend to store the part for a while it would be wise to spray with a light oil.

Our 3 year guarantee only covers parts that have been bead or shot blasted zinc under-coat and top coat
 
Please note, all parts must be dismantled and oil and grease removed before shipment
         
Every care is taken to blank or mask off threads bearing housings etc before work commences
         
We cannot be held responsible whilst goods are in transit to or from our place of business.
         
Make sure if you are using a collection service that all parts are protected and placed into a strong box.

If body filler is found on any parts further work will need to be undertaken, For the best result it may require a wet paint 2 pack finish as body filler is not suitable for powder coating.
